Just wanna say that this game is like the most wholesome game I've ever play. I love every single things in it. The character, the battle, the skill tree system, the music, and the artstyle. Like, all of this is soo adorable. And man does Lavender is just soo cute and wholesome I wanna hug her

i am loving it, but i think something happened after baker took their mask off, cuz it keeps closing due to errors, and i cant seem to move forward. help?

I came from steam just to tell you that this is an incredible game. The visuals are cute and beautiful with the spice of the spookiness always present. The mechanincs are pretty good and the story is really touching, it really made my heart ache.
This is an amazing achievement for a first-time game, so I'm sure you can do more amazing things in the future, keep it up!
i love it a lot. Its the first indie game I ever played that I discovered myself (as in, no one recommended it to me, I just scrolled by and saw it) Its really good and surprising that its made by one person. Very unique! Would look forward to more games by you!
I played this a while back and got the incomplete soul good ending, which I thought was the only ending. Then I came back later and found out there were more so I got the best complete soul ending after
I just streamed your game, and let me say, it was one of the best games I've ever played. As an older sibling, I really related to Lavender's character. The sibling dynamic was very well written as was the rest of the story. As a writer, I really appreciated and loved the writing and concept in this game! The gameplay and art made it even better.
You've truly made a masterpiece sir/ma'am, and you should be very proud of yourself!

I absolutely loved it the story was amazing how you could sympathise with the villain while still having a villain esk approach i also loved how the game was not too hard to learn and you didn't have to grind for hours thank you very much for making this wonderful game!
There’s another problem
your game should not go in another website to download the game or file (like dropbox), the game should be downloaded directly in itch.io and not in a different website, otherwise itch desktop throw a error
Updated the English file so that it's compatible with the itch.io app on Windows (I tested it). Sorry it took so long, but thank you for letting me know!
might be a wrong guess but the game did tell us in the start that reapers can go into the light after they have collected energy (by reaping ghosts) and completed their ghosts. which (spoiler) the end boss has supposedly done.
so, maybe before fighting the end boss, if you acually get all the upgrades and skills and stuff and therefor "complete your soul", maybe the final scene might be different?
That's about the only thing I can imagine happening, otherwise I cant imagine how to find any other ending :-/
On the other end, given that Grimm at some point complains to us about having always lied, maybe there is an "honesty" path where we actually can get his help early on? :O

In the fighting tut it doesnt go through all the fighting aspects.. i had trouble with the aiming.. can i have some help here lol
With the aiming you get used to it as you play. At first my timing sucked but later in the game my aim was on the white spot 80% of the time
